Why a deal is stuck

Read the stage, and it tells you whose turn it is — including the two cases where nothing is wrong at all.

Read it against the stages:

• Awaiting approval — the seller has not accepted yet.
• Payment pending — the buyer has not paid, or a checkout was abandoned. If the buyer says they paid, check for a failed payment rather than assuming.
• Payment received, nothing moving — normal. It waits for delivery, and for a scheduled booking it waits for the slot itself.
• Fulfilment, nothing moving — someone has to confirm delivery. Usually the seller, once the work is done.
