When money actually moves

The platform never holds your money, paid does not mean delivered, and a session that has not happened cannot be completed early.

This is the part people most often assume wrongly, so it is worth being exact.

The platform never holds your money. The buyer pays the seller through the seller's own payment provider. What the platform holds is a record of the stage a deal has reached — not a balance, not funds in trust, and not escrow.

Payment does not mean delivered. A paid deal moves to fulfilment, not to completed. The two are deliberately separate, because "the buyer paid" and "the buyer got what they paid for" are different facts and conflating them is how disputes start.

For anything booked at a specific time, completion waits for that time. A session that has not happened yet cannot be completed early, however it was paid for. The deal shows as scheduled until the slot has actually passed.
