Ending a roster relationship

Leaving starts a wind-down, not an instant stop — open bookings still need delivering, and what is already owed is still owed.

Either side can leave at any point from their own Roster & payouts page. Ending it starts a wind-down rather than stopping instantly, because bookings already made under the arrangement still need to be delivered, substituted or refunded — they do not vanish along with the relationship.

Any commission or fulfilment fee already accrued before the wind-down is still owed and can still be invoiced afterwards — leaving the roster does not cancel a debt that was already real.
