Which processor to connect

What each rail is good for — Monobank, LiqPay, WayForPay, a payment link of your own, or plain bank transfer.

Your processor is a property of the workspace, chosen on the workspace form itself — the Payment processor and Currency fields you saw when you created it. Which options appear there depends on what this site has enabled: if one described below is missing, it is not available here.

Each of these charges on your own credentials, so nothing is shared with other tutors and nothing routes through an account of ours.

Monobank. Acquiring for ФОП, with a hosted checkout — the student pays on Monobank's page, so nothing card-related touches this site. Foreign cards work and are converted automatically; settlement is in hryvnia. Card-on-file (needed if you ever want to charge a returning student without them re-entering the card) has to be requested from Monobank explicitly.

LiqPay. PrivatBank's rail. You paste a public/private key pair from your LiqPay dashboard. Worth choosing if you already bank with PrivatBank, simply because the account you would receive money into already exists.

WayForPay. Bank-agnostic — it settles to an account at any Ukrainian bank — and it supplies fiscal-receipt issuing as part of the payment. Each tutor creates their own store under their own ФОП; the platform never holds your keys on your behalf.

A payment link. If you already sell through a checkout of your own, you can point at it instead and confirm receipt manually. Fewer moving parts, but nothing is automatic: you mark the booking as paid yourself once the money arrives.

Bank transfer (IBAN). The fallback. The student gets your details and pays by transfer, and you confirm receipt. No card, no automation.
