When something is not working

The problems people actually hit, each with the thing to check first — nobody appears in search, a payment did not land, a deal will not move.

Sorted by what you are seeing, not by what is broken — because at the point you need this page, you do not yet know which it is.

Nobody can find my listing

Is it active? An archived listing keeps its page but leaves the directory. This is the most common answer by a distance.

Have you looked while signed out? Signed in you can see your own listing in states nobody else can. Open the directory in a private window and search for it the way a buyer would.

Does it have the words a buyer would type? Search matches the title and the description. A listing named after you rather than after what you offer will not be found by anyone who does not already know you.

If it sells time slots, are any open? A time-slot listing with no future slots shows as unavailable. Slots also age out — a batch published weeks ago silently stops being bookable, which is why a listing that "worked before" can go quiet without you changing anything.

Someone booked, but nothing is happening

Read the deal's stage; exactly one side is holding it up at any moment.

  • Awaiting approval — you are. It only appears if you turned on approval for that listing, and it expires after 48 hours.
  • Payment pending — the buyer is. A checkout may have been abandoned, or a card declined. If they insist they paid, look for a failed payment before assuming the platform lost it.
  • Payment received — nothing is wrong. Delivery comes next, and for a scheduled booking that means waiting for the slot itself.
  • Fulfilment — someone has to confirm delivery, usually you, once the work is done.

The money has not arrived

Have you connected a payment processor? A workspace with no processor connected cannot be paid at all — and the check happens at the buyer's checkout, not when you publish, so nothing warns you until someone tries.

Was it a card payment? Card money reaches you on your provider's schedule, which for most is the next banking day. It does not pass through the platform, so there is no platform balance to check — look in your provider's dashboard.

Was it bank transfer or cash? Then nothing arrives automatically by design: you confirm receipt yourself once the money is actually in your account.

A buyer says their payment failed

Payment happens on the provider's own page, so the useful detail is on their side. Ask what the message said. The frequent causes are a card the issuer declined (nothing you can fix), and a connection that was never finished on your end.

Nothing is charged when a checkout fails. If a buyer is worried they have paid twice, the deal shows whether it is funded.

I cannot publish anything else

You have reached your plan's active listings limit. Archiving a listing frees a place immediately and keeps its page, so this is usually a two-minute fix rather than a plan change.

Uploads have their own storage limit, and archiving does not free storage — the files still exist. Delete images you no longer need.

A colleague cannot do something

Check their role first. Only an Owner can change the workspace itself, its payment setup, or who else is on it. This is the answer far more often than any fault.

The interface is in the wrong language

The language switcher is in the top bar and applies to your session. Guides also address language in their URL — /uk/guides/… always serves Ukrainian to everyone, so a link you send a colleague opens in the language you meant.

An article marked EN has not been translated yet, and you are reading the English original rather than seeing an error.

Still stuck

Note which stage the deal is in, what the other side sees, and the exact wording of any message. Those three things answer most questions immediately — and without them, the first reply you get will only ask for them.
