Disputes

A dispute pauses a deal rather than deciding it — the right tool for delivery that is wrong or missing, and a heavy one for anything else.

Either side can raise a dispute on a deal that is paid or in fulfilment. It pauses progress rather than deciding anything — nothing completes and nothing is released while a dispute is open.

Raise one when the delivery is genuinely wrong or missing. For "we need to change the date", talk to the other side first; a dispute is a heavier tool than most problems need.
