Inviting a teacher to your roster

The email, the arrangement, the rate — and what a limited or not-yet-sold plan does to the invite button.

From Roster & payouts, use New invitation. You will need:

• Their email address. They must already have an account here and have finished their own setup — an invitation attaches an existing teacher to your roster, it does not create one for them.
• The arrangement you are offering. Nothing is preselected — a roster with no money terms and a roster with a commission are different products, and the form will not guess your business model for you.
• If the arrangement charges a commission or pays a fulfilment fee, the rate, as a percentage. Whatever rate is in effect at the moment of a sale is the rate that applies to it — changing it later never reaches sales already made or work already delivered, so it cannot be used to retroactively reprice anything.

The invitation sits as pending until the teacher accepts it. Nothing is owed by anyone, and no money changes hands, until they do.

If you don't see an invite button

Roster seats are part of your subscription plan, and not every plan sells them yet. If yours does not, the page shows a short form instead asking how many teachers you would add and what country you are in — that goes on a list we use to decide how to price this, not a request you have to chase. Nothing is charged and nothing is reserved by being on it, and if your plan starts including seats later, the page tells you so and lets you invite straight away.
