Accepting an invitation from a school

For a teacher who has been invited — what you are agreeing to, and exactly what you are not giving up.

This is for a teacher who has received a roster invitation from a school, not for the school sending it.

The invitation lands on your own Roster & payouts page, where you can Accept or Decline. Before you accept, you can read exactly what you are agreeing to: which arrangement, at what rate, and — spelled out separately, because it is the thing people worry about — what you are not giving up.

What you keep either way

Under every arrangement you keep your own payment setup. Whether you remain the seller of record for a given sale depends on which arrangement you accepted:

• Under commission, you keep selling and collecting under your own name — nothing changes about how you get paid by a buyer.
• Under fulfilment fee, the school is the one selling and collecting; you deliver the session and are owed a fee for it.
• Under affiliation only, nothing about how you sell changes at all.

Whichever it is, the school does not get into your listings, your calendar or your account by inviting you, and accepting does not hand any of that over. If something about what you are being asked to accept is unclear from the page itself, decline and ask the school directly rather than accepting and hoping — you can leave a roster relationship later, but not the commission or fulfilment fee it already recorded while it was active.
